  • Tain

    A door creaked open and the paper drifted into the air before Tain could finish.  As his gaze rose from the torn carpeted floor he saw a slender, dark haired woman in a tattered blue floral dress.  Staring at him wide-eyed she closed the door, locking it immediately after.

    "Who or what was that?" he pondered as he turned to look back at his surroundings.  "Where am I?" "What's going on here?" he quietly muttered to himself.   His eye catches a glimpse of the disfigured yopo carcass on the flooring made of couches.  "What." "what is that?"  "he...hello."  he says as he pokes it with his left claw.  The body shifts unnaturally into the gaps between the cushions.

    "I have claws like the girl on the floor.  How do I know what claws are?  Wait, how can I tell that's a girl?"  He says as he backs up, falling down over the excess carpet.  He catches himself before landing on his claws, near a similar long stab wound gutted out of the stained carpet and peeks into the gap beneath the door.  Two people standing, one with shoes, and one without.  *smack*  Tain gets up and turns to look.
